SUGGESTED USE

Anxiety, Chronic Pain, Insomnia, Inflammation, Arthritis, Neuropathic Pain. 

Dispense the required number of drops under your tongue and hold for 30 seconds. The blood vessels under your tongue will help absorb the active ingredients directly into your bloodstream. It should take between thirty minutes to an hour for you to feel the effects of the oil.

The ‘right’ amount of oil is different for everyone. Your endocannabinoid system is unique and will respond differently to cannabinoids than someone else’s. Time of day will also influence your experienced effect (taking CBD during the day, for instance, will feel different than taking it for sleep).
